We loved the privacy

Anne was very helpful and informative through the entire process. We rented the home about 18 months before we checked in. Throughout that process there was open communication if and when needed. The home was ready when we checked in. The hot tub was clean and ready to go. The entire property was immaculate. The clubhouse was above expectation. And we used all the amenities of the property. The location was beautiful. Up in the Deadwood Hills. I would recommend this property and the entire neighborhood for anybody. I would and probably will go back in the future.

The location and the amenities and the Beautiful views from the decks. Where we sat and had adult cocktails and swapped many stories.

Space & decor

Great-as stated above. Anne was very helpful and available when I called.

Great weather that we were able to sit outside on the nice big porch. Adults and kids loved having the pool table in the evening and the hot tub.

Vacation Home Renter was very helpful and answered all the questions before the trip.

The layout was perfect for two couples. Loved full bath for each bedroom and the hot tub was awesome. Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven with us.

Just perfect. We were well served.

So many spaces to get small groups together. Electronic games, hot tub, all added to positive family time. Clubhouse great. Access to Mickelson trail for biking. Porches! We had a super family time.

The beautiful sunsets and sunrises and the peaceful location.

Bunk room was great for the kids.

If I had a business, I would want Anne on my team. She thinks of everything, is responsive and all her communications are personalized and well-written.

Our grandsons enjoyed the pool table-football table-hot tub.... adults enjoyed the peaceful surroundings!

Everything went smoothly from booking our dates, putting down our deposit, to final payment, to insurance and finally the location information and lockbox code. Anne was very easy to work with.

Our evening meals and then the time when we're all together - and in this location we had plenty of room when we were all together. Just a special, special time for us to spend with our daughters and their families. Our time together is even more precious since we lost a 16 year old grandson 2 years ago. Over the years our policy is that everyone can do whatever activities they would like to do during the day but everyone needs to be back to the rental home for the evening meal and to spend the evening together. My husband and I cover the cost of the rental and our 3 daughters and their husbands take turns providing the evening meals and they all cover the cost of the food. It's worked out super great for our family.
