VHR staff was reachable and very responsive when I tried to contact them. From my first contact, they provided the information/rules/policies/procedures to protect both their interest and mine. Most of the following issues were stated but, if a question about the occupancy, secure door access, standard topics, information, amenity operations or equipment would arise, they answered usually within 20-30 minutes. The location had a binder with special services, restaurants, taxis, local activities, emergency information and a slough of other information that might be of interest. That was a very beneficial resource. Excellent, excellent communication.

Viewable sunsets on a cabin's back deck near the top of a very large spruce covered hill with few other cabin's around and a nice warm cup of coffee was a memory. Viewable sunrises on the front porch with a hot cup of coffee in the cool mornings is a wonderful memory too but a distant second.

The beautiful location. It was so spacious and had all the amenities of home. I really loved that every bedroom had a tv in it. The area is also beautiful and having the added perk of the clubhouse was great!

I didn't have any problems at all, they were very friendly, very accommodating and helpful.

We were able to fit our whole family in this house with areas for privacy as well.

We liked the aesthetics of the house and view of the sun coming over the hills in the morning.

Very good! I had reached out prior to our trip for the check-in information early because we had so much going on prior to leaving that I wanted to make sure I was able to read through everything to best plan and meet any expectations. I was appreciative of getting this information early. Upon arrival, we noticed the hot tub appeared to have a slow leak, I alerted the staff and received a response right away. Everyone was polite and positively reactive to these things.

So many things we loved! We liked the ability to spread out and have our own space and at the same time, the ability to gather together in the spacious rooms. Watching the trucks at the gold mine was better than tv - ha ha! Sunrises and sunsets were beautiful!

Very quick in responding and correcting two small issues. Checking in and out was flawless. Excellent and exceptional booking service. Home was clean and very well equipped for a seven day stay.

Nice quiet community that has some occasional wildlife. Kitchen has all the latest amenities. Large driveway and garage to accommodate all of the winter toys.
