Gold Run-Cozy Cabin with Hot Tub, SatTV, AC, Wooded View

VHR staff was reachable and very responsive when I tried to contact them. From my first contact, they provided the information/rules/policies/procedures to protect both their interest and mine. Most of the following issues were stated but, if a question about the occupancy, secure door access, standard topics, information, amenity operations or equipment would arise, they answered usually within 20-30 minutes. The location had a binder with special services, restaurants, taxis, local activities, emergency information and a slough of other information that might be of interest. That was a very beneficial resource. Excellent, excellent communication.

Viewable sunsets on a cabin's back deck near the top of a very large spruce covered hill with few other cabin's around and a nice warm cup of coffee was a memory. Viewable sunrises on the front porch with a hot cup of coffee in the cool mornings is a wonderful memory too but a distant second.

Communication was excellent and friendly.

Although we only used the hot tub once it was my favorite feature. So relaxing and warm.

Communication was clear and concise, and not overbearing. We were given plenty of opportunity to freely reach out to them if anything would arise.

Our favorite feature was the back porch, the hot tub and secluded back yard were perfect. Both my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this cabin. The cleanliness and comfortability was beyond our expectations. The views we had were remarkable.

Did not interface much but the responses to questions were very prompt.

The hot tub was great. The WiFi was pretty slow, but honestly we went there to "unplug" so it wasn't really an inconvenience.

Staff was professional and responsive. All of the instructions for staying at the cabin were very clearly laid out. Directions to the cabin were accurate. Cabin is full of information on places to eat, and activities available in the local area.

The hot-tub. This is a must have for me. Loved all of the quality wood work found inside the cabin, and of course, the wood burning stove.

I was very happy with all the interactions I had with Anne, and found her extremely helpful, accommodating, and kind.
