40 Creek Lodge North is one side of the 40 Creek twinhome located in Northeast South Dakota with lake views of Waubay Lake. It has 3 bedrooms (6 twins) to sleep 6 guests, 1.5 bathrooms, and is 1200 sq ft inside.
You'll have 2 acres of outdoor space including an awesome back patio for cleaning your catch, a front patio with a firepit, and an impressive screened-in Man Cave with TV, A/C, heat, and a bait and fish refrigerator and freezer.
There is also great public land waterfowl and pheasant hunting within minutes of this cabin!
Security Cameras on entrance.
*For larger groups, rent both sides of the twinhome for 6 bedrooms and up to 12 guests!
****Please check both North and South side for openings. Due to split properties, one side may be open for booking.**

Great location on the North end of Waubay, and the property is so well set up, furnished and equipped that we really could not believe it. Everything we needed (plus more) was there, and the way the property was designed and furnished really suited our needs as fishermen and for cooking. Prior approval required for dogs on the property. Dogs are allowed to stay in the heated/cooled Man Cave, but are not allowed inside the house at any time. Pets must be kenneled when guests are not present. Security Cameras on entrance.
